Initial 30 MIn Call
an initial call is important so that we can hear all about your big day in detail, understand your theme and vibe & to learn about all of the wonderful planning you've done so far. We do this so that we are fully prepared to serve you the day of your wedding.

Unlimited Phone/Zoom Calls
We believe that communication is key during the wedding planning process. Day of coordination is no different. So when questions or issues arise, our clients can reach out to us to schedule a call.

Venue Visit/walkthrough
Our On Day Coordination Package offers One venue visit / walkthrough for our client. This allows us to see the space, talk to the venue coordinator, ask and answer questions and get a general idea of how the day will go.

Vendor Contract review/communications
Checking your vendor contracts is also part of our job! we make sure all of the information is accurate and that you are aware of everything included. We then contact your vendors to build a rapport so that on the day of the wedding we know each other well to ensure a smooth outcome!

Timeline Creation
Building a timeline for your wedding day can be overwhelming. There is so much that goes into it that couples rarely consider. our job is to enlighten our clients with all of the options they have for their final timeline. Venues require an official timeline, so we help by taking you step by step through the process.

Rehearsal Dinner
The day before the wedding we can meet you at the venue for a rehearsal. Walking down the aisle seems easy enough, until you finally do! Don't worry, we're there to guide you and rehearse the procession as many times as you need!

Day of Management
From start to finish we are there. we arrive before anyone and leave when everyone is out the door safely. we assist with set up, tear down and clean up and everything else in between. During the day we assist the vendors and the venue with everything they need. We assist you, your wedding party and guests, and ensure that the timeline is adhered to. we are the go to for everyone!

The Day After management
Our job doesn't end when you are finally hitched. Nope, we are in contact with the venue and vendors long after the party is over to ensure everything is good, all bills have been paid, and there was no lost items.
